Lead Case Manager (On-Site/Sign on bonus)

JOB PURPOSE:

Provide oversight of case management, outreach and intake and shelter monitor staff at Jolenes House and provide comprehensive case management to clients and their families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness with the goal of increasing their quality of life and maintaining the highest possible ability to function within the community.
