Lead Certified Nurse Aide

• Create and maintain employee schedule in UKG
• Edit schedule as needed to meet staffing requirements
• Approve, deny, or cancel employee time-off requests
• Provide leadership and support CNA staff
• Assist with staffing needs and daily operations
• Deliver compassionate resident care and promote quality service

Qualifications:

• Current Texas CNA certification required
• Previous skilled nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication and organization skills
