We seek a Lead Certified Orientation and Mobility Specialist to provide Orientation and Mobility Services. Provide supervision, positive example, and support for Orientation and Mobility Team. Assist in ensuring that all Orientation and Mobility instruction meets the needs of the clients. Lead efforts to identify and effectively implement improvements to the organization’s ability to provide effective O&M services.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop our Orientation and Mobility Team
• Oversee O&M curricula, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and impactful service delivery
• Drive program improvements, innovation, and growth aligned with community needs
• Provide direct client support and assessments
• Evaluate new and emerging advancements in the field to determine accessibility and compatibility with current training
