Summary
PRIMO is hiring an Infrastructure & DevOps Team Lead in Medellín to drive reliability, scalability, and security across its cloud environments. Day to day the person leads a hands-on team, coordinates incidents, and mentors four engineers, working with Terraform, Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift, and CI/CD on Linux/Windows.
PRIMO is seeking an experienced Infrastructure & DevOps Team Lead to drive reliability, scalability, and security across our cloud environments. You will lead a hands-on team, coordinate incidents, and mentor four engineers while aligning infrastructure with security and IT policies.
You should have 4–6 years in infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, or SRE, strong Linux/Windows administration, Terraform, containers (Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift), and solid CI/CD experience. Advanced English is required.
