Precision Building Products is looking for an experienced Lead Commercial Door & Hardware Installer / Field Supervisor to take a leadership role in our growing South Florida installation operation.
We are not looking for someone who simply knows how to hang a door.
We are looking for someone who can walk onto a commercial jobsite, understand the drawings and scope, identify problems, determine what needs to happen next, and lead a crew to get the job done right.

- Troubleshoot field issues and help keep projects moving
- Perform quality-control and punch-list inspections
- Work closely with project managers to identify problems early and prevent costly delays
- Help establish installation standards, crew procedures, training practices, and field reporting
You will be expected to remain hands-on while also taking ownership of crew performance, quality, and jobsite execution.

Your experience will help influence:

- How field problems are solved
- How quality standards are established
- How project managers and field crews communicate
You do not have to leave the trade to advance your career.
You can stay close to the work you know while taking on greater responsibility, leadership, and influence.
