Lead Commercialization
Overall Purpose:
Design, develop, launch, and manage promotional offers & bundles for all sales segments by defining and writing technical requirements, user stories, and developing business case projections. Focused on product go-to-market strategy, product offer roadmaps and key plays, product enablement, channel / distribution enablement, prioritization, and Mid-Market product performance.
Drive the end-to-end commercialization lifecycle for AT&T’s products and services, accelerating revenue growth and market share by implementing innovative go-to-market strategies and driving data-driven optimization.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Develop technical scope, requirements, user stories, projected impact, use case studies and financial business case for product offers.
- Manage ongoing lifecycle promotional performance.
- Development of product promotional offers/bundles.
- Prepare and present requirements, plans, and business cases for promotion results reports/analysis, and marketing plans.
- Conduct research and analysis on defined market segments, including addressable revenue potential, competitive analysis, definition of product functionality, volumes, and revenue results.
- Delivers product pricing requirements to partner organizations while also developing comprehensive lifecycle plans the product offers/bundles end to end to drive EBITDA and volume growth.
- Tracking offers effectiveness/lifecycle.
- Performance and Strategy: Continuously monitor and optimize product and channel performance. Use data analytics, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic adjustments and improve outcomes.
- Program and Project Management: Coordinate teams and external partners to ensure timely, on-budget launches of commercialization initiatives and strategic programs.
- Stakeholder engagement: Serve as a liaison to align business units and deliver insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Growth Support: Drive initiatives such as emerging market identification, incentive development, and distribution strategy coordination to expand market reach and optimize channels.
Job Contribution: An experienced professional, recognized as an expert, creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge. Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions. Mentors less experienced staff, implements long-term plans impacting the organization, and frequently collaborates with senior leadership.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
