WSP is currently seeking a Lead Proposal Coordinator to support our Strategic Growth Team, US. The person is responsible for end-to-end proposal development and delivery for US pursuits, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and timely submissions.,

This role will be based in the Noida/ Bengaluru office.

  • Own the end-to-end proposal lifecycle, including kickoff, planning, content integration, compliance checks, submission, and post-submission archiving/debrief.

  • Coordinate with technical SMEs, business, graphics, and support functions to gather inputs, drive alignment, and ensure timely delivery of all proposal components.

  • Develop and refine high-quality proposal content, including executive summaries, project descriptions, and resumes, ensuring alignment with client requirements, win themes, and strategic messaging.

  • Ensure strict compliance with RFP/RFQ requirements, including formatting, branding, document accuracy, and completeness, while maintaining high standards of quality control.

  • Manage and maintain proposal knowledge assets, including templates, resumes, project sheets, and content repositories, to enable consistency and reuse across proposals.

  • Identify and escalate proposal risks, gaps, and compliance issues early, enabling timely resolution.

  • Facilitate collaboration between US and GCC teams, ensuring seamless communication, time zone coordination, and efficient delivery of proposal milestones.

  • Drive process improvement, standardization, and efficiency initiatives, while mentoring junior team members and providing quality oversight on proposal deliverables.

  • Bachelor’s degree, with a preference for a degree in Engineering, journalism or English

  • 7 to 10 years of experience in proposal development and coordination or a similar environment

  • Strong proposal/bid management and coordination skills

  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication abilities

  • High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe InDesign, and SharePoint

  • A self-motivated team member, who demonstrates initiative to go above and beyond the task at hand, and can effectively multitask

  • Cultural awareness, conscientious and open mind

  • Experience in engineering/ AEC industry, and exposure to US proposals / global stakeholders preferred.
