Lead Cost Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Cost Engineers.
• Create and manage Should-Cost and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models.
• Analyze supplier cost structures and support fact-based negotiations.
• Conduct product cost breakdown and competitive cost analysis.
• Review engineering drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing processes to identify cost drivers.
• Support Make vs. Buy decisions and New Product Development (NPD) programs.
• Partner with Engineering, Sourcing, Procurement, and Product Development teams globally.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Cost Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Engineering Operations.
• Strong understanding of product costing, cost modeling, and supplier cost analysis.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior team leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Should-Cost Modeling, TCO analysis, and strategic sourcing.
• Strong financial and statistical analysis capabilities.
• 2+ years of people management experience preferred.
