Lead Cybersecurity Consultant: Pen Tests & Assessments (Remote)

GLI Secure seeks an experienced Cybersecurity Consultant II to lead high-level security assessments across networks, apps and cloud environments. You will drive engagements end-to-end, provide remediation guidance, and mentor junior team members while delivering client-focused security services.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on pentesting experience, OSCP/eCPPT/SANS GPEN or equivalent certification, and strong Linux/Windows and cloud security knowledge.

Plan and execute complex, multi-faceted security assessments for diverse clients without supervision. Own engagements end-to-end, coordinating with PMs, clients, and other consultants. Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and resolve blockers with clients. Present findings to technical and executive audiences, discuss risk ratings and remediation plans. Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team knowledge and testing methodologies. Provide excellent service to internal and external clients in a professional manner. Minimum 3 years of prior experience in a related position. Must hold an OSCP, eCPPT, or SANS GPEN certification. Strong knowledge of Linux, Windows, network, web application, and cloud security. Proven experience performing network, web application, and API penetration tests. Bachelor's degree preferred, related experience acceptable.
