Requirements:- Strong experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale analytics solutions
- Excellent SQL skills
- Strong experience with Power BI
- Experience working with Microsoft Fabric and Azure Databricks
- Strong knowledge of dimensional modelling, semantic models and analytics data architecture
- Experience establishing analytics standards, best practices and reusable technical patterns
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on technical delivery
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Shape the technical direction of analytics and AI solutions across Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks and Power BI
- Partner with analytics teams, data engineers, platform engineers and business stakeholders to design scalable analytics solutions and AI-ready data architectures
- Work across data structures, semantic models, metric layers and dimensional modelling
- Establish reusable standards and best practices across analytics
- Support teams in delivering scalable, secure, governed solutions aligned with wider business objectives

We are seeking a Lead Data Analyst to help shape and scale our analytics and AI capabilities as we continue to invest in and modernise them. This highly technical role combines hands-on expertise with solution design, technical leadership and stakeholder engagement. It offers the opportunity to remain technically hands-on while influencing how modern analytics and AI solutions are designed and delivered at scale. The role is based in London with hybrid working and a salary of £75,000–£85,000.
