As a Lead Data Analyst, you will bridge the world of business and technology - leading discussions with clients, translating business needs into analytical solutions, and supporting organizations in building a Data-Driven culture. You will develop reporting standards and Data Governance, support the Power BI analyst team, and collaborate with DWH architects and data engineers in designing modern data platforms.

- Collaboration with business stakeholders
- Conducting workshops, analyzing requirements, and translating business goals into analytical solutions and Power BI dashboards
- Defining reporting standards and best practices in the area of Power BI and Data Governance
- Collaboration with data developers (ETL), data architects, and DevOps/FinOps in designing and implementing solutions based on Microsoft Fabric and Power BI
- Taking on the role of team leader - mentoring, developing competencies, and providing substantive support to analysts
- Overseeing the quality, consistency, and usability of delivered analytical solutions
- Tracking market trends in the field of analytics
- Co-creating and developing the offerings of the Data Analytics Center
- Representing the organization at industry conferences and actively participating in market events
- Minimum 7 years of experience in creating and developing Power BI analytics and working with data
- Serving as a Tech Lead/Lead Developer/Senior Consultant in previous projects
- Familiarity with Data Governance principles, semantic modeling, and best reporting practices
- Proficiency in programming languages: SQL, Python, and DAX
- Practical knowledge of DWH architecture, Data Lakehouse, cloud solutions, and the Microsoft Fabric platform, supported by active participation in implementations or production projects
- Previous work with Microsoft Fabric during implementation or development projects
- Experience in project work with clients (gathering requirements, consulting, presentations)
- Ability to make technology decisions and take responsibility for them
- Strong communication and consulting skills
- Experience in the pre-sales process (preparing concepts, supporting proposals, estimations)
- Ability to identify market trends in the field of data analytics and their practical application in building offerings and solutions for clients
- Fluent communication in Polish and English
- Activity in the industry community (participation in conferences and meet-ups, market tracking)
- Utilization of AI in automating analytics
- Experience in designing Microsoft Fabric architecture and recommending the use of individual components
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric IQ and/or Copilot Studio
