Summary
Remote Lead Data Analytics role at thinkbridge (working 4 PM–1 AM IST) focused on payment reconciliation reporting, monitoring and maintaining existing data pipelines (AWS DMS, Fivetran), and supporting Finance, Product, and Operations with reporting and occasional A/B testing. Core stack is SQL, dbt, and AWS analytics tools; 8+ years' experience required.

- In this role, you will handle payment reconciliation reporting, coordinating with multiple banks and ensuring timely daily bank reports are delivered accurately.
- You will primarily work with Amazon Web Services Data Migration Service and Fivetran, focusing on monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting existing pipelines rather than developing new code.
- Must feel comfortable interacting with lots of different departments and what data means for the business.
This role is proactive in nature, focusing on anticipating, monitoring, and resolving issues in advance rather than working on reactive, ticket-based tasks. - Strong business acumen would be helpful.
- Year-end reporting for the Finance team.
- A/B testing for the product occasionally.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in analytics, data, or business intelligence.
- Strong in SQL.
- Experience with AWS Analytics (Redshift, QuickSight, DMS, S3, etc.)
- Deep experience with DBT (Data Build Tool)
- Strong understanding of data modelling and analytics engineering.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Python,Fivetran, ReTool, & Excel.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, etc.)
- Strong background in data governance frameworks.
- Startup or scale-up experience.
- Experience building analytics teams and functions from the ground up.
- Familiarity with AI and emerging technologies.
