As part of our global and Spanish growth, we are looking for a Lead Data Architect located in Spain to join the Data&BI team.

What you'll do

• Lead the Data Architecture team.
• Define the technical design methodology for the Data team.
• Design scalable and secure data architectures in Azure.
• Lead data ingestion, transformation, and modeling (batch, real-time, streaming).
• Coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams (engineers, analysts, data scientists).
• Participate in pre-sales processes: requirement gathering, demos, technical defense.
• Drive innovation and the adoption of new technologies (AI, ML, IoT, AR/VR).
• Be a technical reference in events, webinars, and internal training.
• Develop IP solutions and PoC/Demo environments.
• Define standards, methodologies, and best practices in the Data area.

What we're looking for

• +5 years of experience in data technology consulting.
• +2 years leading technical teams and participating in pre-sales.
• Solid experience in Big Data architectures on Azure: Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, Cognitive Services, ML, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Purview, etc.
• Deep knowledge of Azure storage (Blob, Data Lake, SQL DB, CosmosDB).
• Experience in IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS environments.

Nice to have

Valuable: experience with Dynamics 365, Agile methodologies, DevOps/MLOps.

Education & certifications

Education: Engineering or University Degree in the science branch.

Languages: Professional English.
