Job Description
The role is responsible for developing and optimizing scalable data pipelines, ensuring high data quality, and managing robust data infrastructure to support reliable, efficient, and cost-effective data delivery. It plays a key role in maintaining system performance, data integrity, and compliance with governance standards. The position supports business and technology strategies by translating stakeholder needs into data solutions, enabling analytics and leading the evolution of the data engineering function. It also involves mentoring team members and driving alignment with organizational goals.

Skills, Experience & Education
- Bachelor's Degree (NQF 7) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Management or specialised field
- Minimum 7 Years' Business Analysis or related technical experience
- In depth knowledge of the industry and experience in business
- Experience in leading teams
- Knowledge and experience with MS SQL Server applications and BI Tools including: Analysis Services , Reporting Services & Integration Services , T-SQL , Data Mining , Performance tuning and Query optimisation
- Valid Drivers License
