About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced Senior / Lead Data Engineer to join our team and build scalable, cloud-native data platforms using Microsoft technologies.
Core responsibilities:
- Design, build, and optimize end-to-end data pipelines and architectures.
- Develop scalable data models, warehouses, and lakehouse solutions.
- Implement data quality, lineage, monitoring, and documentation best practices.
- Drive cloud-native data engineering using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, and Synapse.
- Mentor engineers and promote technical best practices across the team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reliable, high-performance data solutions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, or equivalent cloud platforms.
- Expertise in Python, SQL, and Spark.
- Experience with data lakes, data warehouses, and modern data architecture.
- Knowledge of DevOps/DataOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong communication skills and English proficiency (B2+).
