Lead Data Engineer

Looking for an experienced Lead Data Engineer to join our team and drive scalable data solutions

Responsibilities:

• Design and build scalable cloud-based data pipelines.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure data quality, security, and performance.
• Drive innovation and best practices in data engineering.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in data engineering and cloud (AWS).
• Hands-on expertise in PySpark, Airflow, and SQL.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing, data lakes, and ETL pipelines.
• Experience with Big Data technologies (Spark/Hadoop).
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, APIs (Python preferred).
• Exposure to Hudi / Iceberg / Delta Lake is a plus.

Leadership Requirement:

• Must have team-handling experience (currently or previously).
• Ability to lead, mentor and manage data engineering teams.
• Experience in delivering projects and managing timelines.
