As Lead for Data Engineer & Data Operations, you'll help shape the data ecosystem that drives decision-making across PMI Japan, delivering solutions that enable business growth, operational excellence, and future-ready capabilities.
In this role, you'll combine hands-on engineering expertise with leadership responsibilities, owning both delivery and operations of critical data platforms. You'll build scalable cloud solutions, drive reliability and performance, strengthen data governance, and lead teams through complex technical challenges.

What you'll bring
- Extensive experience in data engineering and cloud-based data platforms.
- Strong technical expertise in SQL, Python, Snowflake, AWS, and modern data pipelines.
- A track record of leading technical teams and production operations.
- Experience driving data quality, governance, reliability, and performance improvements.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- A continuous improvement mindset and passion for technology-driven innovation.
Work Schedule and Location
- Generally, Mondays to Fridays, on a hybrid work arrangement
- Based in 8 Rockwell, Makati Head Office
