Lead Data Engineer
Summary
Hands-on lead who owns Radius's group data platforms — designing scalable pipelines, data models, and AI/ML-ready cloud architecture while mentoring engineers and setting governance, quality, and security standards. Core stack is cloud-based data engineering with ETL/ELT and data architecture.
In this hands-on technical leadership role, you will own Radius data platforms and shape how data drives decisions globally. You’ll design, build, and optimize scalable data solutions while mentoring a growing team and influencing data strategy. You’ll work at the heart of the Group Data Services & Reporting function, enabling data-powered decisions across eight divisions. - Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Data Engineer in complex environments
- Strong hands-on expertise in modern data engineering tools across cloud platforms
- Deep understanding of ETL/ELT, data architecture, and data quality frameworks
