What you'll do
- Develop and deploy models and algorithms to improve customer experience, supply-side value, and business performance.
- Analyze massive datasets involving hundreds of millions of users and over 600 million daily events to uncover actionable business insights.
- Collaborate with software engineers and business stakeholders to maintain high-quality, daily production results.
- Investigate and implement new research ideas to drive product innovation.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in data science.
- Strong grasp of AI, machine learning, deep learning, and statistics.
- Coding proficiency in Python, PySpark, or Scala.
- Advanced SQL skills.
- Ability to lead projects, work independently, and contribute within a multicultural team environment.
Nice to have
- PhD or MSc in Computer Science, Operations Research, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Background in NLP, image processing, or recommendation systems.
- Practical experience with big data frameworks such as Spark or Hadoop.
- Previous work in e-commerce or online travel agency (OTA) environments.
