Aily Labs is seeking a Senior Data Engineer/ML Engineer to design and own end-to-end data pipelines (ingestion → transformation → quality → delivery) for multiple use cases, and to build data infrastructure components using modern tools.
You will mentor junior team members, implement robust MLOps practices, enforce code quality, lead cross-functional delivery with PMs, engineers, and customers, and define AI roadmaps to turn business challenges into measurable AI solutions.
