Lead Data Scientist

We're looking for a Lead Data Scientist to drive innovation in AI/ML and LLM development within the healthcare AI domain.

Requirements:

• 6-9 years of experience in AI/ML.
• Strong Python programming skills and hands-on LLM development experience.
• Solid understanding of NLP fundamentals and Transformer architectures.
• Experience in fine-tuning, model building, and deployment.
• Strong computer science and machine learning fundamentals.
• Candidates from top institutes (IITs, IISc, IIITs, BITS, and top NITs).

Good to Have:

• Advanced LLM knowledge, AI infrastructure, and model evaluation/AI quality.
• Experience with Foundation Models, Reinforcement Learning, VLMs, Speech AI, or Multimodal AI.
• Research publications, patents, or open-source contributions.
• Healthcare AI, knowledge graphs, and large-scale inference experience.
