Lead Data Scientist
- Analyze campaign and marketing data to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and performance drivers.
- Develop and maintain data analyses using Python and SQL to support business and marketing initiatives.
- Define, monitor, and analyze key performance metrics and campaign KPIs.
- Support A/B testing and experimentation, including test design, analysis, and interpretation of results.
- Work with large and complex datasets to extract meaningful business insights.
- Collaborate with marketing and business stakeholders to understand analytical needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Build and maintain analytical reports and dashboards, leveraging tools such as Tableau when applicable.
- Communicate analytical findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Take ownership of analytical initiatives from problem definition through analysis and delivery.
- Apply strong statistical and analytical thinking to evaluate campaign performance and support business decisions.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Data Science, Data Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Campaign Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python for data analysis and manipulation.
- Strong proficiency in SQL.
- Experience working with marketing, campaign, customer, or performance data.
- Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and statistical analysis.
- Strong understanding of business and marketing metrics and how to evaluate campaign performance.
- Experience translating complex datasets into clear and actionable business insights.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization/BI tools is preferred.
- Advanced academic background in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, Marketing Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
