Lead Data Scientist

Responsibilities:

• Support development efforts by developing data products in collaboration with the Data Science and Analytics teams.
• Design and develop data and model monitoring tools, producing automated reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Design and implement statistical model validation tools to be used across the board by our Data Science and Analytics teams.
• Support research efforts by doing data dives and producing reports, graphs, and recommendations based on the observed data.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience programming in Python.
• BE/BTech in computer science or a related field, or comparable experience.
• Exceptional communication skills, ability to collaborate smoothly with and clearly convey complex ideas to people of different backgrounds.
• Be a quick learner and adaptable, and have the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to quickly and independently learn new technologies, frameworks, and algorithms.
• Proactive, result-driven, and a multitasker; creative but committed to meeting deadlines.
