Lead Data Scientist

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI research.
• Proven experience in a technical leadership role, with the ability to mentor and guide other engineers.
• Strong technical background in computer science, mathematics, and machine learning.
• Experience working with AI systems or recommendation engines.
• Strong hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, classification models, CNNs, and transformer architectures.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch, as well as cloud-based ML platforms.
• Experience building and optimizing ML models.
• Experience working with large-scale data pipelines and model training.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
