Lead Data Scientist

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Lead Data Scientist to drive enterprise-wide data science, advanced analytics, and AI initiatives for Oil and Gas Company.

Preferred candidate profile

• 15+ years of overall experience in data science, analytics, AI/ML, or related fields.
• Strong leadership experience in managing data science teams and delivering enterprise-scale AI initiatives.
• Extensive hands-on experience in Python, SQL, and statistical programming.
• Expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis.
• Strong knowledge of NLP, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG architectures, and AI-powered applications.
• Experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face.
• Hands-on experience with cloud AI/ML platforms such as AWS SageMaker, Azure Machine Learning, or Google Vertex AI.
• Enterprise AI/ML strategy and roadmap.
• Scalable, production-ready machine learning and AI solutions.
• Improved operational efficiency and business performance through advanced analytics.
• Successful delivery of AI/ML projects with measurable business outcomes.
