Lead Data Scientist

About The Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer with strong experience in Forecasting, Predictive Modeling, and Advanced Analytics. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in developing and deploying machine learning solutions for demand forecasting, sales forecasting, pricing analytics, inventory optimization, and business planning problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for forecasting and predictive analytics.
• Build time-series forecasting solutions using statistical and ML techniques.
• Develop demand, sales, revenue, inventory, and supply chain forecasting models.
• Analyze large structured and unstructured datasets to generate business insights.
• Perform feature engineering, model selection, hyperparameter tuning, and model validation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business problems into analytical solutions.
• Deploy and monitor models in production environments.
• Create scalable ML pipelines and automate model retraining processes.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to business and leadership teams.
