Join a growing SaaS business delivering complex enterprise software implementations to some of Australia’s largest organisations.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of strategic customer accounts while leading and developing a team of Delivery Managers.

You’ll remain close to delivery, own outcomes across multiple enterprise customers, step into complex situations when required, and help build a more predictable and commercially disciplined delivery function.

This role will suit someone who enjoys customer-facing delivery, leading people, solving complex problems, and operating in environments where priorities shift and not everything is fully defined.

The Opportunity

• Lead delivery across multiple enterprise customer accounts
• Manage strategic software implementation programmes and portfolios valued between $5m and $15m+
• Own delivery outcomes across scope, timelines, budget, quality and customer satisfaction
• Act as the escalation point for complex delivery challenges and at-risk engagements
• Directly manage and coach a team of Delivery Managers
• Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews and capability development activities
• Provide delivery assurance across multiple accounts and intervene when delivery, customer or commercial outcomes are at risk
• Balance customer expectations, delivery constraints, commercial outcomes and business priorities
• Drive stronger delivery discipline, forecasting, reporting and accountability across the portfolio
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering and Executive stakeholders
• Build trusted customer relationships while maintaining commercial and delivery accountability
• Contribute to the ongoing development of delivery practices as the business continues to grow

What We’re Looking For

• Experience delivering complex SaaS, enterprise software, ERP, workforce management or configurable platform implementations
• Experience managing external enterprise customers through large-scale software delivery programmes
• Direct people leadership experience managing Delivery Managers, Project Managers or equivalent senior delivery professionals
• Experience conducting performance management, coaching and capability development
• Experience managing multiple customer accounts or delivery portfolios simultaneously
• Strong commercial ownership across budgets, revenue, margin, forecasting and customer outcomes
• Experience delivering programmes or portfolios valued at $5m+
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with executive-level customers
• Experience making trade-off decisions across competing customer, delivery and commercial priorities
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments where priorities shift and ambiguity exists
• Strong delivery leadership combined with a hands-on approach to execution
• Experience managing escalations and difficult customer conversations
