Flower Mound Family Dentistry is looking for an experienced Lead RDA who combines strong chairside skills with organization, initiative, and the ability to help a clinical team run smoothly.
Our modern practice offers comprehensive dentistry including implants, Invisalign, cosmetic and restorative care, and sedation dentistry giving an experienced assistant the opportunity to stay challenged and continue growing clinically.

What You'll Do
- Provide excellent four-handed chairside support
- Help lead daily clinical workflows and support the assisting team
- Take diagnostic X-rays and maintain accurate charts
- Take impressions and fabricate provisional restorations
- Coordinate and track lab cases
- Manage clinical inventory and ordering
- Maintain excellent sterilization and operatory standards
- Lead by example and help keep the back office organized and efficient

Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Active Texas RDA license
- 2+ years of dental assisting experience
- Strong restorative and chairside skills
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable taking initiative
- Excellent patient and team communication
Open Dental and front-office experience are a plus.
