Job Description
Design and develop precision engineering components, mechanical parts, and assemblies.
Develop new products and improve existing designs to meet customer requirements.
Select suitable materials, dimensions, and manufacturing processes.
Work closely with production, CNC machining, and quality control teams to ensure product quality.
Review and improve product designs for manufacturability, cost efficiency, and performance.
Support prototype development, testing, and troubleshooting.
Ensure designs comply with engineering standards and customer specifications.
Maintain proper engineering documentation and records.
Job Requirements
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in precision engineering or manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of CNC machining, milling, turning, and fabrication processes.
Good understanding of engineering materials, dimensional tolerances, and fits.
Experience in designing precision components and mechanical assemblies.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and product development.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Able to work independently and coordinate with production and engineering teams.
