Lead Developer - Debt Fund Raising

Responsibilities:

• Own and drive debt fund-raising (working capital, term loans, NBFC funding, venture debt).
• Build strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, and alternative lenders.
• Prepare financial models, projections, and lender decks.
• Lead end-to-end deal execution - from sourcing to disbursement.
• Negotiate commercial terms, covenants, and structures.
• Manage due diligence, documentation, and compliance.
• Track loan utilisation and ensure timely repayments.
• Work closely with founders on funding strategy and capital planning.
• Continuously explore ways to optimise the cost of capital.

Requirements:

• CA / MBA (Finance) or relevant background.
• 8-12 years of experience in debt fund-raising / corporate finance/banking.
• Strong network across banks, NBFCs, and fintech lenders.
• Ability to work independently in a high-ownership role.
• Strong skills in financial modelling and negotiations.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.

Good to Have:

• Experience in startups/fintech / high-growth companies.
• Exposure to venture debt or structured finance.
