Lead Developer

• Design, develop, and implement ITOM solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  

• Configure and manage Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, and Orchestration modules.
  

• Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using MID Servers, APIs, and other standard protocols.
  

• Analyze business and technical requirements to develop and implement effective ITOM solutions.
  

• Work closely with ITSM, Security, and Infrastructure teams to ensure accurate CMDB data and service mapping.
  

• Automate operational processes using workflows and orchestration.
  

• Troubleshoot issues related to Discovery patterns, event integrations, and performance.
  

• Follow best practices and maintain documentation for configurations and customizations.
  

• Participate in client discussions, technical workshops, and provide expert-level inputs on ITOM strategy and implementation.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules.
  

• Strong expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
  

• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and REST/SOAP integrations.
  

• Experience with MID Server setup and troubleshooting.
  

• Solid understanding of infrastructure components like servers, databases, applications, network devices, and cloud services.
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM or related certifications preferred.
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
