Lead DevOps Engineer - AWS Cloud Infrastructure

The Opportunity:

We are urgently recruiting an experienced, hands-on Lead DevOps Engineer to assume responsibility for our AWS cloud infrastructure, CI/CD automation, infrastructure security, monitoring, operational reliability, backups, and disaster recovery.

This is a senior technical position with substantial operational responsibility and direct access to executive management.

Technical Qualifications :

- 8 - 15 years of relevant DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering experience.

- At least 4 years of substantial hands-on production AWS experience.

- Advanced practical experience with CI/CD automation, preferably GitHub Actions.

- Strong Docker and container deployment experience.

- Terraform or equivalent infrastructure-as-code experience.

- PostgreSQL operations, backup, and restoration experience.

- Proficiency in Bash and/or Python scripting.
