  • CI/CD & Automation o Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for data platform components (e.g., Snowflake objects, dbt models, ingestion pipelines) o Automate deployment, testing, and promotion of code across environments o Integrate version control and release management processes
  • Snowflake Enablement o Support automated provisioning and configuration of Snowflake environments o Manage role-based access control, secrets, and environment isolation o Collaborate with data engineers to optimize deployment patterns for Snowflake workloads
  • Monitoring & Reliability o Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting across the data platform o Ensure high availability and performance of pipelines and integrations o Troubleshoot production issues and drive root cause analysis
  • Security & Compliance o Embed security best practices across infrastructure and pipelines o Manage secrets, encryption, and access controls in line with financial services standards o Support audit and compliance requirements for client and regulatory needs

  • Data Platform Awareness o Experience supporting data platforms or data engineering teams o Understanding of ELT/ETL pipelines and data workflows
  • Monitoring & Operations o Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or cloud-native services) o Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills
  • Security o Knowledge of cloud security best practices, IAM, and secrets management o Awareness of compliance requirements in regulated environments

Nice to have
