Lead DevOps Engineer
Summary
Lead the Platform team to build reliable, secure cloud infrastructure for Deputy's SaaS workforce management platform serving 1.5M+ workers globally. Drive observability, incident management, cloud security (AWS, Kubernetes), and DR/BCP initiatives while mentoring engineers on reliability and DevSecOps best practices.

Role Overview
As a Lead Software Engineer, you will lead the build of key technical projects that keeps Deputy’s production platform reliable, safe and recoverable. In turn, you’ll be progressing our company mission of improving our customers' business productivity, wage compliance and employee satisfaction. You will be a part of the Platform team, looking after the reliability and security aspects of system services and infrastructure.
Working closely with the central Security team and other product & engineering leadership to build foundational and reusable systems, services and architecture.You wake up every morning knowing with confidence that the work you do is being used to power the livelihood of millions of users worldwide.
