Lead DevOps Engineer

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 6-8 years of experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or a similar role.
• Cloud Platform Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience managing and operating production workloads in multiple major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and GCP). Cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect/DevOps Engineer, Azure Administrator/DevOps Engineer, or GCP) are a plus.
• Multi-Cloud Exposure: Demonstrated experience across multiple cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and GCP. Strong understanding of platform-specific services and best practices.
• Infrastructure Management: Strong fundamentals in Linux/Unix operating systems and scripting languages (e. g., Bash, Python).
• Networking and Storage: Solid understanding of core networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, VPNs) and cloud storage solutions
• DevOps Tools: Expertise with IaC tools (Terraform preferred) and configuration management tools (e. g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
• CI/CD: Practical experience designing, building, and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Containerisation: Experience with container technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, and GKE).
• Good to have experience in serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, and Google Cloud Functions).
• Security tools and practices in the cloud (e. g., WAF, identity and access management).
