Lead DevOps Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Lead DevOps Engineer to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD practices, along with proven team-leading experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the DevOps team, ensuring best practices and high-quality deliverables.
• Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure on AWS.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes.
• Manage and optimise containerised applications using Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline release cycles.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
• Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) and automation strategies.
• Ensure security, compliance, and reliability of systems.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services).
• Expertise in Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in Jenkins.
• Strong understanding of DevOps tools, processes, and best practices.
• Experience with scripting (Shell/Python) is a plus.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.

Leadership Requirements:

• Proven experience in leading or managing DevOps teams.
• Ability to drive technical decisions and mentor team members.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 5 to 7.5 years of overall experience in DevOps/Cloud Engineering.
• Prior experience in a lead or senior role is mandatory.
• Candidates must be available to join immediately or have a current notice period.
