Salary: £80,000 - 80,000 per year
Requirements:- Significant production experience with at least two of AWS, Azure and GCP
- Deep production Kubernetes experience
- Strong GitOps and infrastructure as code experience at scale
- CI/CD pipeline automation experience
- Extensive experience with declarative orchestration and configuration management
- Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 CI/CD Security Risks and embedding security controls into delivery pipelines
- Experience mentoring engineers, leading technical initiatives or acting as a technical lead
- Strong communication skills, including documenting standards and influencing engineering teams
- Lead a small DevOps team and shape how the team works
- Develop engineers and drive the technical direction of a growing cloud platform
- Provide day-to-day direction to the team and establish consistent engineering standards
- Build the teams capability while working closely with development and infrastructure teams
- Support products across AWS, Azure and GCP
- Lead improvements across automation, GitOps, infrastructure as code and CI/CD
- Reduce manual effort while improving observability, SLOs, security, resilience and reliability
- Act as a senior escalation point for complex production issues
