We are looking for an experienced DevOps & Platform Engineer (Lead) to join the core team of a high-scale, mission-critical platform.

Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain On-Prem and Cloud-based infrastructure.
- Running and optimizing multi environment infrastructure (development, staging, production) with clear operational processes.
- Manage and operate Kubernetes clusters at scale.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Support microservices built.
- Implement security best practices.
- Monitoring, logging, and alerting.
- Improve performance, scalability, and system resilience.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues across networking, Kubernetes, cloud services, and application layers.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to identify and address bottlenecks in the software delivery lifecycle.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of hands-on DevOps & Platform experience.
- Proven experience with Kubernetes and Helm
- Solid experience with Docker and containerized environments
- Hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools
- Experience working on mission-critical systems (payments, fintech, banking, gaming or similar)
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot production systems under pressure
Nice to Have
- Experience leading complex infrastructure projects (e.g. migration from one cloud provider to another).
- Experience implementing and designing disaster recovery strategies.
- Experience and understanding of networking, security, and scaling.
