Summary
Lead Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant (13-17 yrs) owning functional design and configuration of D365 — ideally Financials, or ERP/eCommerce order-to-cash in D2C, or CE/CRM with MarTech depth. Leads requirements discovery, end-to-end business process definition, and business design workshops, ideally with US/Canada/UK/Europe implementation experience.

Dynamics 365 Financials (preferred), or eCommerce, ERP, and Order to Cash must be in D2C industry (second preference), or CE/CRM (lowest preference. If this is the only option and a strong candidate, then expertise must be in MarTech) Strong in functional design and configuration of applications. Strong in independent requirements discovery and end to end business process definition Ideal candidate brings experience in implementations for US, Canada, UK, and Europe regions, and associated regulations Strong business communication skills, demonstrated ability to lead business design workshops, and guide implementation teams Technical experience is a plus but not a requirement. Experience in delivering Support/managed services is not relevant to this role.
