Lead Electrical Design Engineer (Server)

【Job Description】
This role is responsible for leading an Electrical Engineering team that will design and build exciting, innovative products with a world class team.
-Lead an Electrical Engineering team for Server & Storage device.
-Provide strategic as well as tactical contributions to the conceptual and detailed design and a variety of devices and provide leadership to the Design teams as well as the other disciplines associated with the productizing of Server & Storage products.
-Be considered as an expert in his or her technical field as well as having a proven track record of success regarding team leadership and motivation, business negotiations, program management, budgeting responsibilities and overall program ownership.
-Demonstrate a detailed understanding of the significance of time to market, risk mitigation, contingency plans, return on investment, etc.
