Lead Electrical Engineer

• Supervise and direct a team of electrical engineers
  
• Oversee the complete design of electrical control systems
  
• Define requirements, review specifications, and make key technical decisions
  
• Coordinate and negotiate with domestic subcontractors and cross-functional teams
  
• Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges
  
• Design electrical and electronic circuits
  
• Lead system-level design, testing, and validation of equipment
  
• Manage product safety evaluations and EMC certification processes
  

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in electronic circuit design and manufacturing
  
• Proven expertise in system-level (equipment-level) design
  
• Practical experience in mass production of products
  
• Familiarity with product safety standards and certification processes
  
• Native-level proficiency in Japanese
  
• Strong English communication skills above conversational level
