As our Lead Systems Validation & Automation Engineer, you'll build test platforms, automation and validation systems that enable faster innovation and better products.

What you will do:
Design and develop automation and embedded systems that expand the products range of applications and increase robustness.
Design and conduct acceptance tests for automated systems.
Lead and take responsibility for software engineering best practices across our embedded development: version control, code review, CI/CD, automated testing, and release management.
Collaborating with hardware engineers, software developers, and cloud engineers to ensure seamless integration between different layers of the system.
Manage automation suppliers and support industrialization.
What you will bring:
Must Have
5+ years in embedded systems and automation.
Hands-on engineering mindset.
Programming experience (C/C++/Python).
Experience with PLCs, sensors and industrial automation.
Experience with common peripheral buses and protocols (e.g. SPI, I2C, UART, Modbus RTU)
Experience with cellular IoT (LTE-M/NB-IoT) and Wi-Fi connectivity, MQTT, TLS/device certificate management, OTA firmware updates, device provisioning, and remote diagnostics.
Nice to Have
Programming experience with Rust, LabVIEW
Technical supplier management.
HVAC experience.
