Lead Engineer – 1

Overview Associate Data Scientist with 3-4 years of experience to analyse data, build models, and deliver insights. The role may also include optional support for video conferencing systems, town halls. Responsibilities Required: Data Science (Core): Analyse and interpret structured and unstructured data Build and maintain statistical and machine learning models Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis Ensure data quality and monitor model performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data-driven solutions Preferred: Video Conference & Event Support: Support video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, etc.) Assist with town halls, executive meetings, and live events Perform pre-event testing and provide live technical support Troubleshoot audio, video, and connectivity issues Specialized courses or certifications in Audio/Video Conferencing, Microsoft Teams Room, etc. Knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB and IT service management processes Experience with video conferencing or AV support Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Understanding of basic networking concepts Strong communication and problem-solving skills Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field 3-4 years of experience in data science, analytics, or related roles Proficiency in Python or R, Strong SQL skills Experience with Power BI dashboards and reporting Understanding of statistics and machine learning fundamentals
