- Conduct functional testing and reliability testing - Execute EMC EMI testing and environmental qualification - Lead board bring up debugging and hardware integration - Lead embedded hardware design - Lead hardware verification and validation strategy - Lead root cause analysis for hardware issues - Lead schematic reviews and PCB design reviews - Manage project milestones effort estimation and scheduling - Own hardware development work packages - Perform derating analyses and reliability assessments - Provide technical mentoring and coaching - Provide technical status updates - Review ECU power electronics and I O modules - Review communication interface hardware - Review sensor and actuator interface circuits - Support industrialization and supplier localization - Support product certification and technical documentation reviews - Support supplier evaluation and component resolution - Translate system requirements into hardware specifications
