  • Own the design, implementation, and lifecycle management of enterprise infrastructure platforms
  • Develop and execute the infrastructure strategy and technology roadmap aligned with business objectives
  • Drive cloud adoption, infrastructure modernization, and automation initiatives
  • Oversee platform capacity planning, performance optimization, and lifecycle management
  • Establish infrastructure engineering standards, reference architectures, and best practices
  • Support business continuity, disaster recovery planning, and regular resilience testing
  • Manage infrastructure budgets, forecasting, and asset lifecycle planning, while ensuring accurate documentation of infrastructure designs and operational procedures
  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience (e.g., ITIL, TOGAF certifications)
  • 7+ years in infrastructure engineering, incl. 3+ years in technical leadership or platform ownership
  • Hands-on experience across compute, storage, networking, and virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), including cloud adoption on a major hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Strong background in Infrastructure-as-Code and automation (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
  • Experience with ITIL-aligned service management, including SLA/KPI design and capacity planning
  • Working knowledge of ISO 27001, DORA, or BAIT
  • Fluent English required, German language skills are an advantage
