Lead Engineer –IT Operations Support
1. Role Purpose: Leads and manages IT operational support activities across enterprise infrastructure ensuring availability, stability and efficient running of operations. Provides advanced troubleshooting support, coordinates escalations, drives operational efficiency and supports continuous improvement in service delivery.
2. Key Responsibilities:
· Lead IT operations support across infra components including servers, network, storage, virtual platforms, end user ops and monitoring tools.
· Perform advanced troubleshooting, RCA, problem management, change execution support and escalated incident handling.
· Support IT run operations through SOP optimization, automation opportunities, continuous improvement and process standardization.
· Drive operational hygiene, capacity checks, patch coordination, maintenance window planning and runbook compliance.
· Ensure accurate operational documentation, dashboards, reporting cadence and audit readiness.
· Collaborate cross functionally for stable run and ensure SLAs, OLAs and service uptime metrics are met consistently.
· Support onboarding of new services into IT operations run environment.
