Lead Engineer, Process

HPU reduction:

• Optimize the process to reduce the labour HPU
• Improve the equipment to increase production efficiency
• Introduce the new low-cost and high efficiency platform to reduce

Supervision, Management and Leadership:

• Lead the frontend process team, manage daily team work arrangement, performance tracking and capacity improvement
• Conduct systematic on-the-job training for new team members
• Be responsible for team personnel recruitment and interviews

Process yield improvement and scrap down:

• Optimize the process and equipment parameters to increase the process yield
• Reduce the scrap rate by increasing FPY and material recycling rate

Ramp up work:

• Qualify the new rig for ram up demand
• Improve the rig efficiency to reduce the ramp up rig quantity demand for cost down

Production line maintenance:

• Maintain the production rig to keep the production line stable and ensure the stable output
• Train the technicians/operators to maintain the rig and first article inspection
• WI update and operator training

Material issue/Second source verification

• Take analysis of the material quality issue with team
• Verify the second source material for cost down
