You will work closely with Product Managers, Architects, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into reliable, secure, and high-performing applications. Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage software engineering teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.
- Drive end-to-end software development using Python, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable application architecture.
- Define engineering roadmaps, technical standards, coding guidelines, and development best practices.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to prioritize features and align technical execution with business objectives.
- Review system architecture, code quality, performance, and security to ensure engineering excellence across projects.
- Drive Agile development practices, sprint planning, estimation, resource allocation, and project execution.
- Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks while promoting continuous improvement in software delivery processes.
- Support cloud deployment, CI/CD automation, monitoring, and application performance optimization.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and foster a culture of technical learning, innovation, and accountability.
- Monitor engineering metrics, project progress, delivery quality, and operational performance while ensuring successful product releases.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 3+ years of experience leading software engineering teams, with strong hands-on expertise in Python development.
