The Lead Enterprise Applications Analyst will serve as a senior technical leader responsible for designing and optimizing enterprise recruiting technology solutions. With a primary focus on Workday Recruiting, the role will connect talent acquisition strategy with scalable, reliable, and data-driven system capabilities. You will translate complex recruiting challenges into efficient workflows, integrations, automation, and system improvements. The role works closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, IT, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-impact initiatives. You will also leverage AI to improve recruiting operations, accelerate delivery, and strengthen data-driven decision-making. This is an opportunity to shape the People Technology roadmap while improving hiring efficiency, system reliability, and the candidate and recruiter experience.
Accountabilities:
As Lead Enterprise Applications Analyst, you will own end-to-end solution design for recruiting technology while leading cross-functional initiatives that improve operational efficiency, system quality, and hiring outcomes.
- Own Workday Recruiting solution design across sourcing, candidate management, interview scheduling, offer management, and onboarding handoffs.
- Design, configure, and optimize scalable and maintainable Workday Recruiting solutions that support global consistency.
- Architect and manage integrations between Workday Recruiting and third-party recruiting technologies such as Paradox, BrightHire, and HiredScore.
- Ensure reliable data flows and cohesive recruiter and candidate experiences across integrated platforms.
- Analyze complex talent acquisition challenges, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for automation.
- Translate business problems into scalable system solutions that improve speed, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional enhancements and major initiatives involving Talent Acquisition, HR, IT, and external vendors.
- Establish and oversee system testing strategies and release readiness for Workday Recruiting and connected tools.
- Drive continuous improvement by reducing manual work, eliminating redundant processes, and standardizing configurations.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex recruiting technology issues and guide stakeholders toward effective solutions.
- Influence the People Technology roadmap by identifying and prioritizing enhancements that deliver measurable business value.
- Evaluate and adopt new Workday capabilities and emerging AI-powered recruiting technologies.
- Use AI to accelerate requirements analysis, configuration design, testing, documentation, and delivery.
- Apply AI and recruiting data to identify trends, anomalies, risks, and optimization opportunities.
- Implement AI-driven automation across screening, scheduling, testing, data validation, reporting, and workflows where appropriate.
- Share AI best practices and help elevate the team’s capabilities in responsible and effective AI adoption.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in HRIS, Talent Acquisition Technology, or enterprise systems roles.
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience with deep expertise in Workday Recruiting.
- Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end recruiting process design, including sourcing, candidate management, interview scheduling, offers, and onboarding handoffs.
- Proven ability to analyze complex talent acquisition problems and translate them into scalable system solutions.
- Strong understanding of recruiting processes, candidate data structures, enterprise integrations, and system architecture.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across business and technical teams.
- Experience with Workday Recruiting integrations and connected recruiting technology ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience with Paradox, BrightHire, and/or HiredScore is preferred.
- Experience evaluating, implementing, or optimizing AI-driven recruiting technologies is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to apply AI to requirements gathering, solution design, testing, documentation, data analysis, and process automation.
- Ability to identify high-value AI use cases, quantify outcomes, and promote secure and compliant adoption.
- Familiarity with recruiting compliance and data privacy considerations across integrated third-party platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder-management, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to mentor others, challenge assumptions constructively, and raise technical and operational standards.
