Lead Fabricator

Responsibilities:

• Review drawings and ensure parts are made to specification
• Operate CNC Plasma Table
• Fabricate items as needed
• Operate forklift and overhead crane
• Coach and train lower-level fabricators on the proper execution of duties, ensure policies and procedures are followed
• Ensure all safety procedures are always followed, including proper use of all PPEs

Qualifications:

• Proficient in reading CAD 2D and 3D drawings
• Metal Working Experience
• Ability to professionally lead staff by example and handle light supervisory duties
• Experience with fabrication shop equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
